Please note:
Morgana Medical is a private billing practice.
We understand that the cost of living is rising, however in order for us to deliver high quality healthcare as a specialist service with extended consultation times, we do need to set our fees accordingly. At Morgana we also cover the cost of additional direct messaging services so that results and plan updates can often be sent where appropriate without the need for an additional appointment.
Billing is time-based. To be fair to patients with appointments after you, please ensure you book the appropriate appointment length for your needs. Appointments that run over time into a new time bracket will incur an additional fee.
Cancellations
Reminders will be sent prior to your appointment. Brain fog is real but it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. If you cannot attend please inform us as soon as possible by calling or contacting us via the website or email so that we can give your appointment to someone else who is patiently waiting for an appointment.
- Failure to inform us of a cancellation the day before your appointment will result in a penalty of 50% of the original fee
- A ‘no show’ to the appointment or late cancellation on the day will result in a penalty of 100% of the original fee
All fees will need to be paid before a future appointment will be provided to be fair to others
Additional Info
At Morgana Medical, Dr Laura is currently focusing on comprehensive holistic management plans for health,
perimenopause/menopause, weight management and aesthetics. The clinic is not equipped for the management of more general
presentations such as viral illnesses, injuries, etc., and there is no nurse available on site. For general presentations it is best that you book with your usual GP. Emergency presentations of any type should present to urgent care or your local emergency department.
